Although Invictus is a relatively new company, our management team brings over two decades of experience delivering complex construction projects across Jersey. That depth of local knowledge, coupled with long-standing relationships with trusted consultants and subcontractors, allows us to lead major schemes with confidence, discipline and a clear focus on the client's objectives.

Initial Consultation
An early conversation to understand the brief, the site and your objectives. We assess feasibility openly and confirm whether we are the right partner for the project.

Planning & Costing
Design coordination with your architect and consultants, followed by a fully itemised cost plan. Assumptions, exclusions and programme are stated clearly from the outset.

Pre-Construction
Establish the foundations for a successful project through detailed planning, technical coordination and early collaboration. Working closely with clients, architects and consultants, we manage programme, commercial risk and buildability before construction begins.

Construction
On-site delivery led by a dedicated project manager. Regular progress reports, cost updates and client meetings maintain visibility and control throughout the build.

Completion & Handover
Systematic snagging, testing and commissioning ahead of a structured handover. Operation and maintenance information, warranties and aftercare provided as standard.
